A survey was developed by Darwen Healthlink with the help of the PPG, it was agreed that the survey should look at the patients journey within the practice. Areas considered were, speed at which the telephone was answered initially, length of time waiting to see a Doctor or Nurse, obtaining test results, patients overall satisfaction with Darwen Healthlink etc. Samples were given out to a random selection of patients at the reception.
